I Sing (Te Deum)

"Not because of victories I sing, having none, but for the common sunshine, the breeze, the largess of the spring." This amazing text immediately spoke to me as a composer. The idea was to create a fast and short piece, full of energy. Choral conductors always ask me for those kinds of energetic pieces and my hope is that this piece is something that could spice up any choral concert with its sudden outbursts of melodic motives.
